Returns Policy

Here at PjnSports we understand that occasionally you need to return goods to us. If this is the case we offer a full refund as long as you notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Returns Policy - Slate Tables

Unfortunately, because all of our slate snooker and pool tables are made to order we cannot accept returns of these items unless the item is delivered in a damaged or defective state. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

How to return an item

To return an item simply send us an email to the following address: returns@pjnsports.co.uk. Once this has been received we will send you our returns details and a quick form to fill in.

Please Note

We recommend using tracked postage such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for all returns as we cannot be liable for lost packages.

Please ensure the product is packaged correctly otherwise it may get damaged in transit and we cannot be liable for this damage.
