Returns Policy

Here at Pjn Sports we understand that occasionally you need to return goods to us. If this is the case we offer a full refund as long as you notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Returns Policy - Slate Tables

Because all of our slate snooker and pool tables are made to order, returns of these items will be at the discretion of the store owner and will be considered on a case by case basis. In the unlikely event of the item being delivered in a damaged or defective state a full refund will be given unconditionally.

How to return an item

To return an item simply contact us here: Contact Us. Once we have received this notification from you we will send you our returns details and a quick form to fill in.

Please Note

We recommend using tracked postage such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for all returns as we cannot be liable for lost packages.

Please ensure the product is packaged correctly otherwise it may get damaged in transit and we cannot be liable for this damage.

For orders delivered internationally the cost of postage will not be refunded
